Although the Dolphins ingredients for improvement this offseason must include a play-making receiver and a mammoth nose tackle, GM Jeff Ireland headed straight for the linebacker aisle, signing inside linebacker Karlos Dansby away from Arizona on Friday.

"We have some age at the position," Ireland said at the Combine last week. "We have to get younger there, and we have to get better performance on the field. ... We've got to get more production from the inside linebacker position. They know that. We know that."
